About Us
Boehringer Schilling was founded in 2025 by Dr. Martin Boehringer and Neil Schilling, former Managing Directors at Credit Suisse, to address the growing demand for complex, cross-border structuring services in the asset management industry, family offices, and UHNWI. This demand stems from the increasing complexity and volume of regulations, evolving business practices, and the globalisation of wealth management, all of which require expert cross-border solutions.
Boehringer Schilling brings decades of expertise in structuring, drawing on experience gained from working with leading international banks, top law firms, Big 4 accounting firms, government service, and independent consultancy. We provide end-to-end solutions, covering structuring, analysis, implementation, governance, compliance, monitoring, remediation projects, and restructuring or exit strategies.
